  7. Sorry, no room on the disk for a fancy intalation script. But don't worry,
  8. installation is simple.
  9.  
  10. You may install Hilt 2 on your hard drive. This is simple but note that you
  11. will still have to play Hilt 2 with the floppy mission disk. This will avoid
  12. problems that will arise when future mission/character disks are released.

  14. To Install Hilt 2

  16. 1. Make a directory called HiltII on your hard drive.
  17. 2. Make another directory called HiltSaves for saved games.
  18. 3. Copy the file HiltII from Disk one into the HiltII directory.
  19. 4. Add an assign to your user-startup, assigning HiltSaves: to your
  20.    HiltSaves directory. eg.

  22. ASSIGN >NIL: HiltSaves: DH1:Games/HiltII/HiltSaves/

  24. Of course, change the second bit to point to the correct path on your hard
  25. drive.

  27. Run HiltII from CLI or by double clicking on it's icon after selecting
  28. 'Show -> All Files' from the Workbench Windows menu.
